1 Land and resources management

1.1 One Map of Land and Resources and Comprehensive Monitoring Platform

Based GIS platform, according to principles of standard data, modern technology, scientific management, integrated application, SOA architecture are used to achieve full interoperability and sharing of business data, covering land management life cycle of "approval, supply, use, compensation and inspection", as well as whole process of minerals management such as" exploration, mining, use, storage and inspection ", thus to achieve full dimensional service supervision system of "space imaging - ground inspection - online administration".


1 国土资源管理

1.1 国土资源一张图及综合监管平台

  基于GIS平台,按照数据标准化、技术现代化、管理科学化、应用综合化等原则,采用SOA体系架构,实现各项业务互联互通和数据的全面共享,涵盖土地管理生命周期“批、供、用、补、查”,以及矿产“勘、采、用、储、查”等管理业务行为全过程,实现“天上看、地上查、网上管”的全方位立体监管服务体系。

1.3 Mobile Terminal System for Land and Resources

Taking mobile office demands for land and resources management as the starting point, and use 3G networks and 3S technology on the mobile terminals (tablet PC, smart phone) to develop "practical, compact, convenient, easy to use and safe" mobile terminal system to facilitate leadership and business management staff at anywhere any time to understand operational data and policies and regulations, providing reliable data and images for decision-making.

2 Ecological environment protection

2.1 3D Visualization System of Basin Area

To support flood control practice and macrodecision-making, information management of basinoriented3D Visualization system of basin area which isbased on two/ three-dimensional GIS and RS technology is an integration of basic geographic data, remote sensing survey data, real-time monitoring data and video data development.

2 生态环境保护

2.1 流域三维可视化系统

  依托二、三维GIS、RS等技术,以流域信息管理为导向,以支撑防汛业务和辅助宏观决策为目标,整合基础地理数据、遥感调查数据、实时监测数据、视频数据开发流域三维可视化系统。

2.2 Integrated Information Management and Service System for Environmental Monitoring

Based on applications requirements of environmental monitoring and business management and decision-making, and within the area of environmental monitoring (air, water, sound, ecology, pollution, etc.), the system uses multi-source data extraction, association, isomerism, mining and expression techniques within one standard and system to achieve a time and space services and publish of variety of environmental indicators data (quality, pollution, Geomatics) on automatic monitoring and control, manual monitoring, remote monitoring, and enhance regional comprehensive environmental information and expression service capabilities.

2.2 环境监测综合信息管理与服务系统

  围绕环境监测与管理业务应用以及综合决策的应用需求,针对环境监测主要领域(大气、水、声、生态、污染源等),在一套标准、一个系统下,利用多源数据抽取、关联、异构、挖掘和表达技术,实现自动监测监控、手工监测、遥感监测等获取的多种环境指标数据(质量、污染源、基础地理信息)的时空、因果联动服务与发布,提升区域环境信息综合表达与服务能力。

2.3 Integrated Management System of Ecological Management Engineering

In order to realize the information-based and spatial data-based management of ecological management,engineeringintegrated management system of ecological management engineering is established under the background of national construction todevelopforestryremote sensing application platform, which isintegrated application of GIS, MIS, PAD and other technologies comprehensively for implementation of the collection of field data collection, storage, monitoring and evaluation in one of the management platform.

2.3 生态治理工程综合管理系统

  在国家大力建设林业卫星遥感应用平台的背景下,基于遥感信息产品,根据林业规划、监测、执法等业务管理流程,综合应用GIS、MIS、PAD等技术开发集野外数据采集、存储、监测、评价于一体的一体化管理平台,实现生态治理工程业务的空间化、信息化管理。

3 Statistics of agricultural resources

3.1 Agricultural Remote Sensing Display and Analysis System

In order to meet the needs of the agricultural sector for information integration and achievement sharing, agricultural remote sensing analysis and display systembasedon reorganizing the content of agricultural work and remote sensing results was established by using CMS-GIS technology and remote sensing technology, which is a combination of "Graphs, numbers, tables” in an interactive way to integrate various types of provided data, statistical data, and remote sensing results to display interactively, comprehensively and multi-level.

3 农业资源统计

3.1 农业遥感展示分析系统

  面向农业相关业务部门信息统筹和成果共享的需求,利用CMS-GIS技术和遥感空间技术,在对相关农业业务工作内容和遥感专题成果的全面梳理的基础上,建立一套农业遥感展示分析系统,以“图、数、表”互动的方式将各类业务数据、统计数据、遥感成果进行紧密的结合,实现交互式、全方面、多层次展示与发布。

4 城市精细化管理

4.1 城乡规划遥感监测系统

  系统采用遥感技术,实现对城市规划的动态监测并展示道路用地规划控制红线、绿地范围控制绿线、水域保护区控制河道蓝线、历史文化街区保护范围紫线、城市电力用地规划控制黑线、重大危险设施安全防护范围橙线和城市基础设施用地控制黄线,共计七类规划控制线,利用现代科学技术有效提高行政监管能力。

4 Urban refined management

4.1 Urban and Rural Planning Remote Sensing Monitoring System

The system uses remote sensing technology to achieve dynamic monitoring of urban planning through seven types of planning control line, i.e. red line for road land planning control, green line for greening range control, blue line for watershed protection zone control, purple line for historical and cultural blocks, black line for urban electricity land use planning control, orange line for major hazard facilities safety and yellow line for urban infrastructure land control. Administrative supervision capacity are effectively improved by these modern science and technology means.

4.2 Cloud Services Platform for Urban Geospatial Information

Based on a variety of technical means of high-resolution remote sensing satellites, aerial vehicles, sensors and other methods, dynamic geospatial information and changes in urban surface resources and environment can be obtained, spatial information sharing service platform can be established ,and the demand for geospatial information resources capture, store, share, and services can be met for the "smart city" construction.

4.2 城市地理空间信息云服务平台

  基于高分辨率遥感卫星、航空飞行器、物联传感器等多种技术手段,动态获取城市地表资源环境等地理空间信息及变化,构建空间信息共享服务平台,满足“智慧城市”建设所需地理空间信息资源的获取、存储、共享、服务的需求。
